Created for the photo sessions due to the myriad of camera angles, poses and locations that were needed
Therefore a limitless workflow was a must.
Project for a poster celebrating 80 years of Jeep. Folowing the theme stablished in art direction, images from the brand´s past were compiled in different settings to find the mood and character for the coming photo sessions
Old film photos of yesteryear are the key look of the campaign.
Renders were post produced to fit the mood.
With all the final renders and post produced images came the selection stage. Different angles and poses of the Jeep were taken to look for the best "Jeep portrait" of them all. This stage also ment to test different color combinations to find the right harmony between picture and graphics for the overall "worn" aura.
A weird shot, rugged and shabby was selected as the final look. The image conveys many of the characteristics that the moto of the campaign stands for.
Plus, the blunt and puzzling look was welcomed to make a strong visual statement, rather than using a traditional front grille "cute" and obvious look.
